DSPPL is running 6 days SOFT (Spiritual Outlook for Future Times) program for students of 9 to 11 years age at 9 centres across India including Vadodara. As part of the curriculum of the program, a special seminar on ‘Agnihotra for students’ was arranged. Agnihotra is an ancient technology from the Vedic period and was revived in its current form in 1942 at Akkalkot, Maharashtra by Shri Gajanan Maharaj. Agnihotra yagya or healing fire, performed twice a day – during sunrise and sunset. It is amalgamation of cosmic energy from the sun into the copper pyramid benefiting both environment – physical surrounding outside and improving the quality of our intellect, mind and heart inside. For students, Agnihotra works like a boon, improving their concentration, grasping power, memory and their expression skills. We recommend Agnihotra to be performed daily, not only at homes but in school premises which will help improve the performance of the students and the school.
